- The Megapark project is located some 15 minutes south of Sevilla, easily accessible by the A4 motorway. It will include a 25.000 sqm shopping centre, a 15.000 sqm hypermarket, a 20.000 sqm entertainment centre, and a retail park of some 45 to 55 units including Leroy Merlin (15.000 sqm), Decathlon (9.700 sqm) and Bricomart (9.600 sqm).
