Maximo (Laurentino)

Project of two-storey shopping centre located south of the city of Rome, by the Via Laurentina, next to the ring road. It will accomodate a hypermarket, a multiplex cinema, a fitness centre and some 160 shops. In October 2007, Parsitalia sold the project to DEGI (Aberdeen) and Irish Life Insurance for some 357 M Euros. The project is part of a large urban scheme, developed on a 66 ha area. Main anchors : Pam (8.131 sqm), Fitness Centre (3.808 sqm), FEC (3.080 sqm), Multiplex Cinema (3.772 sqm), Electronics (6.689 sqm)
