Factory outlet centre located by the A4 motorway (Venezia-Trieste), next to the "Palmanova" exit. The scheme is developed as an open-air, pedestrian shopping street with an architecture reminding the old Italian cities' centres and particularly Palmanova, the city-fortress located nearby.
