- Factory outlet village located by the A14, next to the "Pescara Nord" exit. Its design is inspired by traditional village with pedestrian shopping streets. Catchment area : 3 M inhabitants within an hour drive. Phase 1 opened with 19.000 sqm. Phase 2 : 4.000 sqm inaugurated in June 2013. It will be completed by a 3rd phase. CBRE is in charge of the leasing and management since April 2012.
