Mixed-used project developed by Diringer & Scheidel and Richard Engelhorn (Engelhorn department store) on the Q6-Q7 downtown Mannheim. It accomodates a 4*, 190 room hotel, a shopping arcade, restaurants, as well as housing, offices and parking places, representing some 90.000 sqm. 27.300 sqm are dedicated to retail and restaurants. In July 2016, Diringer & Scheidel sold the project to BMO.
