- Three-level shopping arcade located above Victoria Station. Thanks to its location, it welcomes some 260.000 visitors a week. In December 2007, Metro Shopping Fund (Land Securities/Delancey) sold it for £92,5 M to Ewart Properties Ltd. In 2011, Network Rail acquired it from Ewart for £91,8 M. It was revamped and extended by 930 sqm in 2014, accomodating new brands and restaurants like Hema or Cafe Rouge.
