By 2012, the total retail space at terminals 1 and 2 was increased from 13.600 sqm to 20.000 sqm. The renovated market-place in T2 accomodates 1.400 sqm of new shops by end 2008. Meanwhile the opening of pier AO in T1 added some 5.000 sqm of new retail space. The new Airport City Mall (between the the arrival and departure levels in T1 also offers 5.000 sqm of retail area and offers a more "classic" shopping mall offer. A new terminal, T3 is currently under development (opening scheduled 2021). Among the 130 shops, there are 50 restaurants and bars and a casino.
