The Broadway Bradford

Westfield Bradford is a mixed-use regeneration project in the heart of Bradford. It is bounded by Hall Ings, Well Street, Lower Kirkgate and Charles Street and now includes Forster Square as well as Broadway, the main shopping street of the city. The two-storey shopping arcade accomodates some 70 shops and is anchored by Debenhams (9.847 sqm) and M&S (5.853 sqm). The project was halted in 2008 and revamped in 2011. Westfield sold its interest to Meyer Bergman and two Canadian pension funds. A 3.250 sqm extension for a 6*screen cinema (managed by The Light) and 4 restaurants was authorized in August 2015.
