The Crescent is the name of the Hinckley bus station regeneration project The project situated in the heart of the city includes a 5-screen Cineworld cinema, a 5.200 sqm Sainsbury's food store (which both opened their doors in 2015) and some 20 shops and restaurants along a pedestrian street linking Station Road and Regent Street. The scheme includes an underground car park. The developer, the Tin Hat Regeneration Partnership LLP (a joint venture between Wilson Bowden Developments and Centenary Ashcroft) sold the scheme for 10 M£ to Telelink Estates in June 2017.
