Ikea Caen-Fleury sur Orne

Project developed by Ikea Centres, south of the conurbation on 24 hectares. it will be anchored by a 19.500 sqm Ikea store, A first project including a 2.450 sqm supermarket some 20 medium-sized stores and about 30 shops was authorized by local authorities in November 2008. This project was modified to include a 6.000 sqm hypermarket and as shopping arcade. This second project was approved by local authorities in February 2012. Opening of the Ikea store : 2 Nov 2011.
Projet développé par Ikea Centres au sud de l'agglomération sur 24 hectares. Autour d'un magasin Ikea de 19.500 m2, un premier projet comprenant un supermarché de 2.450 m2 , une vingtaine de moyennes surfaces et une trentaine de boutiques avait obtenu le feu vert de la CDEC en novembre 2008. Ce projet a été profondément modifié pour accueillir un hypermarché de 6.000 m2 et une galerie marchande. Cette seconde version a obtenu l'autorisation de la CDAC en février 2012. Ouverture du magasin Ikea : 2 Novembre 2011.
