Project located in the industrial park of Benidorm, on a plot limited by the N-332 and the A-7, the Avenida Comunidad Europea (access to the A-7) and CV-70, giving it an excellent visibility and very good accesses . It is located on the opposite part of the city of its competitors (La Marina Finestra, Carrefour Benidorm, Parque Bulevard). It will be anchored by an Eroski hypermarket and will be completed by a retail park. The project was approved by local authorities in December 2008.
