Cloche d'Or

Project of shopping centre to be developed in the heart of a future major business development "Grossfeld" (to accomodate about 1 M m2 of offices) south of Luxembourg city. The new district will be organized like in Kirchberg around a large avenue (beginning of works in 2008). It will be anchored by a 12.500 sqm Auchan hypermarket and will accomodate more than 25.000 sqm of fashion stores. 10 to 11 M visitors/year are expected including the 45.000 employees working in the direct catchment area.
