Aintree Racecourse Retail Park

Retail park located north of Liverpool, by the A59 and next to the Aintree Racecourse. It is composed of two parts (see plan). The first one is anchored by B&Q and Kiddycare. An expansion of 5.575 sqm was developed to accomodate M&S, Boots and Next. Land Securities sold it in June 2009 to London & Stamford for about 60,9 M £. London & Stamford sold it to The Crown Estate in Oct 2010 for 101,5 M £. The second one (13.564 sqm) was developed by Orbit Developments and is anchored by Homebase and Currys. A large business park is also under development around the retail park. Among the latest arrivals : TK Maxx and JD Sports.
