- Retail park located north of Liverpool, by the A59 and next to the Aintree Racecourse. It is composed of two parts (see plan). The first one is anchored by B&Q and Kiddycare. An expansion of 5.575 sqm was developed to accomodate M&S, Boots and Next. Land Securities sold it in June 2009 to London & Stamford for about 60,9 M £. London & Stamford sold it to The Crown Estate in Oct 2010 for 101,5 M £. The second one (13.564 sqm) was developed by Orbit Developments and is anchored by Homebase and Currys. A large business park is also under development around the retail park. Among the latest arrivals : TK Maxx and JD Sports.
