- The former Opcion entertainment centre inaugurated end 2002 (which was anchored by a 23-screen multiplex cinema) located right next Parque Oeste, one of the major retail parks of the country. It closed in 2009 and will be redeveloped to be transformed into a "classic" shopping centre. It will then be anchored by a 12.000 sqm Carrefour hypermarket and a 14-screen Cinebox multiplex. It will be rebranded X Madrid. Investor : Merlin Properties.
