- Retail park located some 4 km southwest of the city at the junction of the A4040 Harborne Lane and the A38 Bristol Road. A Sainsbury's supermarket is adjacent to it. A 900 sqm expansion (for a non food activity) was authorized and is occupied by Next since Summer 2009. The relocation/extension of the Sainsbury's unit (to 11.150 sqm on the former B&Q site) as well as the creation of 700 homes, 2 hotels and 32.500 sqm of offices has been proposed. Hammerson (which acquired in 2010 the remaining 75% stake it did not already own from TIAA-CREF for 59 M€) sold it to NFU Mutual for £57.5m in 2018.
