Star City

Entertainment centre located north-east of the city on a former industrial site, not far from the Junction 6 of the M6. It is anchored by a 30-screen Vue multiplex cinema, a 22-lane Tenpin bowling and the largest casino in UK. A Goals soccer centre and a Mini Golf complex were some of the latest attractions to open. An indoor rock climbing centre and a Laser Station opened Summer 2008. Star City is one of the largest leisure park of the country. Cerberus acquired it in 2014 as part of the Project Carlisle (Nationwide). In 2016, Cerberus sold Star City to Quadrant Estates.
