Manor Walks

Manor Walks and the adjacent Westmorland Retail Park forms a major retail hub 15 km north of Newcastle. The 27.290 sqm shopping centre is anchored by Sainsbury's, and Wilkinson. It was refurbished in 1999. The shopping centre is currently was extended and refurbished in 2013. The 6.400 sqm extension includes a 9-screen Vue Cinema. Hammerson Plc sold Manor Walks to Arch Commercial Enterprise Ltd for £78m in 2016.
