Westmorland retail park is adjacent to the Manor Walks shopping centre. They form a major retail hub some 15 km north of Newcastle. Asda and the Gala Bingo are the main tenants. It was recently extended and now accomodate a 1.490 sqm M&S Simply Food store, Dunelm (3.530 sqm) and Currys-PC World (975 sqm). Hammerson sold it to Arch Commercial Enterprise Ltd for £36 million in 2016.
