Retail park located some 6 km south-east of Chester between the A55 and the A5104 (Chester Rd). It was recently extended by some 1.860 sqm to accomodate Asda Living. It is completed by a Tesco store. An extension including an extension of the Tesco store and the creation of a Marks & Spencer unit was refused by local authorities. A new extension including a 11-screen Cineworld multiplex and 5 restaurants opened in 2015. The former Bhs store was redeveloped to accomodate Primark and Outfit in 2016.
