- Project of shopping arcade in Wakefield's city centre initially developed by a joint venture between Modus and CIREF plc. The building works were halted end 2008 when the joint venture went into administration but restarted in January 2010 with new developers : Sovereign Land, Shepherd, Lloyds TSB and Ares Property Partners. The two-level shopping centre is anchored by Debenhams (9.000 sqm) and Sainsbury's (8.500 sqm). Most of the shops are concentrated on the ground floor, while the lower floor only accomodates 3 MS : Sainsbury's, Asda Living and Next. The scheme also includes an indoor food market, a public library as well some 70 apartments. In 2014, Orion Capital Managers acquired Trinity Walk from Ares Capital Management, Sovereign Land and Shepherd Construction for some 150 M £. An extension for a 9-screen cinema (The Light) and 6 restaurants is under way.
