King Cross's Central is a mixed used regeneration scheme totalizing some 743.000 sqm of housing (2.000), offices (455.000 sqm) and retail (46.500 sqm) spread along 20 new streets in the vicinity of the St Pancras and King's Cross stations. In 2001, Argent was selected as the developer. In 2008, Argent, London & Continental Railways and DHL formed a joint partnership: Kings Cross Central Limited Partnership. LCR sold its 36,5% stake to AustralianSuper for 371M £ in January 2016.
