- One-level shopping centre located downtown Ealing. It is anchored by Tesco and Marks & Spencer. Among the latest changes : the closing of all the Arcadia Group stores and the opening of Primark (which replaced the Beales department store). It will be in the future reinforced by the Dickens Yard project (see Dickens Yard). Legal & General sold its stakes in the Ealing Shopping Centre to Wereldhave end 2011 for 182,2 M € (28.200 sqm, 62 shops, 600 parking places and offices). In Feb 2013, British Land acquired Welderhave's stakes. Located just opposite to it, the redevelopment of the Arcadia Centre was approved at the beginning of 2009 (see Arcadia Centre).
