- One-level shopping centre located in Rotherhithe, South East of London, close to the Canada Water tube station. It was developed as a part of the Surrey Commercial Docks' regeneration scheme. It is anchored by a Tesco superstore. A Decathlon store is located in the vicinity as part of the Canada Water retail park (the other part of the retail park was demolished to accomodate residential buildings). British Land acquired the Segro's 50% interest in the joint venture with Tesco end 2009. In 2012, British Land and Tesco were granted planning permission for a 10.220 sqm extension to accomodate 18 new shops. The existing shopping arcade will also be refurbished. In April 2013 British Land acquired the 50% stake of Tesco and the former Harmswork Printworks plot. In February 2015 BL acquired the Surrey Quay leisure park from Aviva for 130 M£.
