Project of regeneration scheme downtown Sheffield, initially developed by Hammerson under the mame of Sevenstone between Division Street and Wellington Street including retail, over 200 apartments, leisure activities to create a new district and extend the retail centre of the city along open streets. But Hammerson put the project on hold in 2008, relaunched it in 2011 and definitively stopped it in 2013. In 2016, Sheffield City Council selects Queensberry to develop the project.
