- Project of retail park located in Oldbury which was supposed to be anchored by Bhs, close to a Sainsbury's store and an existing retail park accomodating Next, Homebase, Argos... (see Oldbury Green Retail Park). The scheme also included leasure and sports areas. In 2012, the project was acquired from The Junction by Hammerson which put forward new plans. The project is now called Fountain Retail Park. First phase will develop 6.500 sqm of retail area.
