Thurrock Shopping Park (ex Junction)

Retail park located East of London, by the Junction 31 of the M25 and next to the Lakeside shopping centre. It is a part of the Lakeside Retail Parks also accomodating Tesco, Ikea, the Intu Lakeside retail park... (see Lakeside Retail park). It was owned by Hammerson which acquired the Junction Unit Trust in October 2012. In June 2016, Hammerson sold it to TH Real Estate for 119 M €. The former UCI cinema now accomodates the first Nike out-of-town store opened in the UK. Extension plans are under study.
