- Monument Mall is a 4-storey shopping arcade situated at the corner of Northumberland Street and Blackett Street. It was designed in a classic style to complement its environment. Hammerson purchased Monument Mall from St Martins Property Investment for 28M £. It was totally refurbished and now accomodates TK Maxx and new fashion brands like Reiss or Jack Wills. End 2015, Hammerson sold Monument Mall to he Standard Life Investments UK Property Fund for 75 M £.
