An extension to accomodate a 8.360 sqm Primark store is waiting for permit. A 'premium quarter' has been developed with brands like Jaeger, Pandora or Kurt Geiger. In March 2013, Pruprim sold its 36% minority stake (valued at 190 M£) to Hermes which now fully owns The Centre MK. In exchange Pruprim took the full ownership of the Friary Centre (Guilford). In January 2014 Hermes sold a 50% stake to AustralianSuper for 270 M £.
