Multi Development was selected by the Wolverhampton City Council to develop a 45.000 sqm retail shopping centre in the southern part of the city to be anchored by Debenhams (9.750 sqm) and Marks & Spencer (9.000 sqm), this latter to be located in the "Iconic Building", located at the junction of Temple Street, Cleveland Street and Snow Hill. the scheme designed around pedestrian streets and squares also included 140 apartments. But the project was put on hold in 2011 because of the economic situation.
