Two storey shopping centre located next to the WestQuay shopping hub. Formerly known as the Marlands shopping centre it was acquired by The Mall in 2003. The Mall sold it to Rockspring Property Investment Managers in June 2010. The shopping centre was then renamed The Marlands. In 2014, its main anchor Matalan closed its store and was replaced by Poundworld and Peacocks. End 2014, Rockspring sold The Marlands (along with 6 other assets) to a joint-venture formed by Ellandi and Lone StarL
