- Located north-west of the conurbation, right next the junction 9 of the M6 , this retail park is one of the most important ones of the conurbation with about 55.000 sqm of GLA. Ikea, B&Q, Decathlon are close of the scheme. It was developed in different phases. A 3.720 sqm redevelopment created 4 units (TK Maxx, Boots, Outfit, Mamas & Papas). Another extension (8.919 sqm) was leased to Currys, Furniture Village, Bensons and SCS. Another extension for 3 new restaurants was granted in 2014. Gallagher Developments sold Gallagher retail park (18.580 sqm) for 120 M £ to JP Morgan in 2010. KKR acquired the first phase in April 2014 for 51 M £ with an option to purchase the second phase (totalizing about 123 M £). In 2018, KKR sold it to Hana Financial Investments for 175 M £.
