The Hercules Unit Trust sold it to Lord Kirkham (founder of DFS) for 42 M£ in 2009 (Black Diamond Investments). Planning permission has been granted in November 2013 for a 8.920 sqm extension. It will consist in transforming a UPS distribution warehouse adjacent to the retail park into 6 new stores (owner Budenny LLP). Developer of the extension : Helical Retail. Opening scheduled Autumn 2017.
