One level shopping centre located in Bexleyheath, in the south-eastern outskirts of London, along the A207. Main anchors are Bhs, Marks & Spencer, Boots. Originally known as the Broadway shopping centre it was branded as The Mall Bexleyheath when The Mall Corporation acquired it in 2002. It was renovated in 2007. In 2009, it was sold to Lasalle Investment Management. Since then, it has been called Broadway shopping centre. In 2016, Lasalle sold it along with the Broadway retail park to NeWRiver for 120 M£. Its main competitor is Bluewater.
