- One level shopping centre located in Clydebank, a town of 45.200 inhabitants in the north-western outskirts of Glasgow. It is anchored by Asda, Boots, Primark. It is constructed on each bank of the Clyde & Forth Canal and a pedestrian bridge links the two buildings. It was recently renovated. HP Properties Ltd (joint venture between Helical Bar and Prime Commercial Properties) has acquired the long leasehold interests in The Clyde Shopping Centre from the Co-operative Insurance Society Ltd for £ 69 M in 2009. In 2015, Helical sold its stake in HP Properties to Edinburgh House Estates and Cerberus for 70 M £.
