- Project of shopping centre developed by Eroski in Burjassot, in the northern outskirts of Valencia. It will be the second largest shopping hub of the conurbation after Bonnaire. It will be anchored by a large Eroski hypermarket. The scheme also includes office areas and hotels. It is located next to the junction of the V30 and V35, and between Carrefour Paterna and the Parque Commercial Alban. Investment : 330 M €. The project is currently on hold.
