- This two storey shopping centre, located in the Niendorf district, was anchored by Media Markt and a MiniMal supermarket. It was sold by MRE to Newport(then Kunkat Holding) in 2004 and was then refurbished and expanded (opening March 2006). MiniMal has left the shopping arcade. It is now anchored by a Kaufland hypermarket and the largest Media Markt of the conurbation (4.400 sqm). It is now owned by Jovian Properties.
