Shopping centre located north-west of London, in the city centre of Walthamstow, next to the Walthamstow Central train station . The one-level shopping arcade is anchored by Asda, Boots, River Island... and is completed by a small mezzanine accomodating three restaurants. It was renovated in 2015 and TK Maxx opened a 2.415 sqm store in 2016. A 7.400 sqm extension is also under study to meet the needs of the new inhabitants of its cathment area, affluent young professionals moving in Walthamstow.
