The creation of a FOC was included in the Lüneburger Heide region master plan, and the site of Soltau The scheme is limited to 10.000 sqm of sales area and will enhance the Lüneburger Heide tourism. (22.000 inhabitants) It is located by the A7, next to the Soltau Ost exit. Soltau already accomodates the Heide Park entertainment park. Developer / investor : Mutschler Group. In september 2014, Resolution Property acquired a 50% stake from Mutschler. An extension is under study.
