- Kö Bogen is a urban redevelopment scheme located north of Königsallee, on the Jan Wellem Platz next the Schadow Arkaden shopping centre and opposite the Hofgarten. Designed by Daniel Libeskind, it includes a 3-storey shopping arcade anchored by a 15.000 sqm Breuninger department store. The square became pedestrian (except for public transports) thanks to the creation of underground roads. Developer : Die Developer Projektentwicklung GmbH. Investor : ArtInvest. It will be completed by Kö Bogen 2, a 20.000 sqm extension which will accomodate a 4.700 sqm SportScheck store. Opening scheduled in 2017/2018. Developer : Centrum/B&L. Leasing : Comfort.
