Two-level shopping centre located downtown Tunbridge Wells, south-east of London. It is anchored by Fenwick, Bhs, Marks & Spencer department stores, Boots, WH Smith. Catchment area : 349.000 people. Investors : Westfield, Hermes, and Westfield UK Shopping Centre Fund. In 2012, Hermes acquired the 33% stakes owned by Westfield to take the full control of the centre. In 2016, a 16.258 sqm extension was granted. One of its new anchors will be a multiplex cinema.
