- The Meads is the renovation scheme of the city centre of Farnborough (64.000 inhabitants), south west of London. It includes the reconfiguration of the existing shopping streets as well as the creation of 11.610 sqm of retail in a fully pedestrian area. It is to be anchored by Debenhams, Sainsbury's (4.645 sqm) and a 8-screen Vue multiplex cinema. The Princes Mead shopping centre and an Asda supermarket are situated nearby. Catchment area : 194.000 people. The project will be developed in several phases. Investors : St Mowden/Salhia (50/50).
