A two storey shopping centre north-east of Hamburg, strategically located between two main roads : B75 and B 435. It is developed in two separate buildings. It was extended by 6.500 sqm to accomodate some 25 new stores in 2010. The two existing buildings are linked by a glass bridge building since Spring 2009. Investor : Meag sold Rahlstedt Center to CBRE Global Investors in 2016.
