- Retail park located some 15 km south east of Belfast at the junction of the A1 and the M1 and adjacent to the Westfield Sprucefield retail park (B&Q, Sainsbury's). The centre owned by Marks & Spencer was partially destroyed in January 1991 in an IRA incendiary attack. It is anchored by M&S (extended in 2007 by a homeware department), Boots and Next.
