Two-level shopping centre located downtown Basingstoke and anchored by Bhs, Debenhams, Marks & Spencer, Tesco Metro, TK Maxx and a 10-screen Vue multiplex cinema. The three upper levels accommodate the car park. It is easily accessible by the M3 (junction 6). Grosvenor which developed Festival Place sold it to Tiaa-Cref in September 2012.
