Multi-use requalification scheme developed by Parkridge Developments downtown Trowbridge between the existing The Shires shopping centre and the train station on the site formerly occupied by the Peter Black factory. Waitrose which was working in partnership with Parkridge Developments on this project finally retired end 2008.
