Project of 4 level shopping and entertainment centre, which also comprises 38.000 sqm of office area (including a City Hall), located in the Zuglo district (14th district) . Many bus and tram lines as well as the underground (Bosnyak Ter stat ion on line M4) will service it. Each level of the shopping arcade will benefit from a car park, the hypermarket will be located at the -1 level while the upper floor will be dedicated to the entertainment activities (multiplex cinema, food court, fitness centre). The building permission was awarded in June 2012 but the project was put on hold.
