Administrative authorizations were awarded end 2010. The One Nation outlet is right next to it. Vastned sold the project for 10 M € in June 2012. Compagnie de Phalsbourg is now in charge of it. Opensky will be anchored by a multiplex cinema (8-9 screens) and Primark (5.700 sqm).
