- Project of factory outlet centre located in Crespina, 15 km south east of Pisa, along the Fi-Pi-Li road (Firenze-Pisa-Livorno) and adjacent to the "Lavoria" exit. Its architecture is directly inspired by the Renaissance Toscan style. Catchment area : 3 M inhabitants within a 60-minute drive, to which must be added the tourists visiting the region and staying on the coast (Viareggio is 38 km away, Forte dei Marmi 50 km away).
