was in charge of the redevelopment of the Katowice main train station. The scheme develops 53.000 sqm of retail area, including a 5-storey shopping arcade in front of the train station called "Galeria Katowicka", 24.000 sqm of offices, 19.000 sqm of culture and exhibition area. A bus station and a car park (1.200 units) take place underground. The first stage of the project was the remodelling of the station building completed in October 2012. The complete opening took place in September 2013. Investors : Meyer Bergman (70%)/Neinver (30%). Meyer Bergman acquired Neinver's stake in 2016. The second floor has been renovated and is now dedicated to three business lines: sports, men’s fashion and entertainment and culture. It accomodates a Matras megastore (485 sqm), the Silesian Theatre, Fit4Kids and a Multikino multiplex. Meyer Bergman sold the centre to Kwasa Europe in 2018.
