Three-level shopping centre on the site of the former Karstadt/Turmzentrum shopping centre. Initially developed by HLG/Movesta, the project was acquired by the MAB(then Rabo Bank)/Sonae Sierra joint-venture. the shopping arcade accomodates some 70 shops and is anchored by Saturn (4.600 sqm), Edeka (3.550 sqm), Deichmann, DM (both 750 sqm), Thalia (450 sqm), Spiele Max and TK Maxx. Revcap acquired Hofgarten from the JV in 2019.
